PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED STAFF
Our trainers are highly accredited and experienced in their fields, including performers, NICA graduates, and physical health trainers. With an onsite Allied Health clinic specialising in injury management, prevention, and performance, our team is dedicated to helping you progress and recover.
WORLD CLASS FACILITIES
With a spacious aerial studio and high ceilings (9 meters!) we offer a range of aerial apparatus, including Aerial Silks, Hoop (Lyra), and Dance Trapeze, for students of all levels, from beginners to advanced performers.
SPECIALISED FITNESS
We offer ground-based training in strength, flexibility and functional movement designed to help you get the most out of your aerial classes as well as general fitness!
