AERIAL YOGA

Develop an increased range of movement, flexibility, strength and confidence both on the ground and in the air.

The use of a hammock reduces the stress on joints and allows a range of movement not accessible on the ground as well as building strength and body awareness that will leave you loving your body and feeling incredible.

With classes rotating between flexibility focus and strength focus you can expect to float, sweat, groan and laugh the class away.

This class is suitable for anyone wanting to gain back some strength (like new mums or anyone returning back from injury!) or in conjunction with your current aerial classes, or as your gateway into more in the air!
