The key to flexibility is strength. our Stretch and mobility classes offer more than sitting in stretch positions for long periods of time.


Our classes are run by Exercise Scientists and Myotherapists who use their knowledge of the body to pin point the correct movements to maximise your flexibility and mobility and the safest environment. 

Make sure you chat to your teacher about your goals before you start a class!

When you arrive for your first class, we highly recommend you bring a water bottle, sweat towel & comfortable clothing.
