Strength and Conditioning goes hand in hand with aerials and general functionality and health. Our strength conditioning classes are the best accessory classes to complement the movements done in the air. 


In doing these classes, you will be able to achieve more and progress smoothly through your aerial classes as well as a being high state of functionality in your movements (goodbye back pain!). 

When you arrive for your first class, we highly recommend you bring a water bottle, sweat towel & comfortable clothing.
